Dr. Eduardo A. Morató, Jr.  has devoted most of his career life to the management of public and multilateral agencies, private development foundations and educational institutions.


During his ten year-stint in the public sector, he served as general manager of the Human Settlements Development Corporation, as president of Bliss Development Corporation and, simultaneously, of the National Housing Corporation, and as managing director of the Technology Resources Center. He was instrumental in establishing government-controlled enterprises such as the National Agri-Business Corporation, the Philippine Fruits and Vegetables Inc. and many others. Earlier, he worked as special consultant to the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture and as loan/investment officer of the World Bank Group (IBRD and IFC) In Washington D.C., USA.


In the private sector, Dr. Morató began his career in 1968 with Rubicon Inc., the management company of Philippine Airlines and then moved on to the Investment Services Corp. He assumed the presidency of Bayan EDGE (formerly ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation, Inc.) in 2006 and created the Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development, Inc. in 2008. These two non-profit organizations are committed to enterprise building and financing, social development (education and employment) and to environment conservation.  Dr. Morató has dedicated eleven years, thus far, to private sector management. Throughout his entire career, Dr. Morató has been consulting for and training large, medium and small business corporations.


In the field of education, Dr. Morató was elected dean of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 2000 and was appointed associate dean, at various times, in the Graduate School of Business (GSB), in the Center for Development Management (CDM), and in the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE). At CDM, he designed and launched the socially relevant Masters in Development Management program. He was a tenured full professor at AIM where he was consistently top-ranked by the students and the administration. His fields of expertise include general management, finance, organizational engineering, strategic planning, entrepreneurship and development management. Concurrent to his private sector engagement, Dr. Morató has been the chairman of Ace Center for Entrepreneurship and Management Education which has partnered with the Ateneo Graduate School of Business on the innovative Masters in Entrepreneurship program from 2008 up to the present. The program was an offshoot of a four-year research by Dr. Morató on Asian entrepreneurs while at AIM. In total, Dr. Morató has been an educator and an academic research leader for 26 years.


Dr. Morató has written 28 books, numerous articles, monographs, handbooks and over five hundred case studies and accompanying texts. The topics include Creativity and Intuition, Finance, Development Management, Art, Leadership and Governance, Strategic Planning and Management, Self-Mastery, Entrepreneurship, Customer Analysis, Business Decision-Making, Education and Enterprise Development, Growth and Evolution.


Dr. Morató earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, major in Economics at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1968. He obtained his Master in Business Management, with High Distinction from AIM in 1972 and a Doctor in Public Administration degree from the University of the Philippines where he was a consistent University Scholar. He is Triple A awardee of the Asian Institute of Management Alumni Association and an Eminent Fellow of the Development Academy of the Philippines.

LangeTagazaDr. Norma Lange-Tagaza, MSW

Dr. Lange-Tagaza is an independent consultant for human resources, organizational development, executive coaching, executive development and training (various management topics). She is a Certified Trainer for Capacity WORKS (GTZ management topics, Licensed administrator of MBTI (Germany and USA). She is an expert in facilitation and process guide for change initiatives, teambuilding, visioning workshops, and quality management. She has extensive experience in capacity development programs in health and education, including the training of directors and principals of vocational training institutions in Asia and Africa.


Dr. Lange-Tagaza is also an organizational development consultant and executive coach, with university teaching experience at the Pedagogical Institute of Marburg University and the Institute of Public Health, Heidelberg University. She has been traveling a lot as Key Expert on Health and Education Capacity Building, as facilitator; trainer and consultant on curriculum development and performance management programs in India under GT Z in Vietnam, Philippines, Kenya, Cambodia, Tanzania, Pakistan, Thailand and Indonesia.

EstelitaChavezCatacutanMs. Estelita Chavez-Catacutan, CPA, ME, CFC, RFP

Ms. Estelita “Ms. Babes” Chavez-Catacutan is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), a CFC (Certified Financial Consultant) and a RFP (Registered Financial Planner) with more than nineteen (19) years of relevant work experience. Possessing strong strategic management orientation and a passion for social entrepreneurship and mentor, Ms. Babes serves Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development (BASE-HRD) as its Managing Director for Enterprise Development, Growth and Evolution (EDGE) Program.


Prior to the merging of BASE-HRD and ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation, Inc. (ABFI), she was Deputy Executive Director, Finance Director and Operations Director of ABFI. She acted as key person for the financing and investing activities of ABFI to help maximize its value as one of the Corporate Social Responsibility arms of the Lopez Group of Company.


Aside from her corporate experience, Ms. Babes has also ventured into teaching and training. Early this year, the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) has recognized her as a Senior Faculty of the Executive Doctorate in Education Leadership (EDEL) Program. She is also a faculty at the Master in Entrepreneurship Program for Nation Building (MENB) at the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship and Ateneo Graduate School of Business since 2010.


Ms. Babes obtained her BSBA degree from the Philippine School of Business Administration- Manila, where she won various academic competitions. Ms. Babes took her Master in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management in 2008. The Entrepreneurship Guru also awarded her a Certificate of Recognition being the Best Service Provider. She is a proud mentee of Dr. Eduardo A. Morato, Jr., the Entrepreneurship Guru.

Mr. Michael De Jesus

Mr. de Jesus is the Managing Director for the CMT Research and Consultancy, Inc. He manages the research, consultancy, management, and investment firm with expertise in the different areas of strategic management, business/management research, marketing, entrepreneurship, and development management/administration. In this capacity, he has researched and consulted for dozens of firms in diverse industries, including: real estate, automotive, food and beverage, retail, banking, consumer products, among others.


He is also a Teaching Associate at the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship and Management Education, where he lectures on a wide range of entrepreneurship topics related to strategic planning, marketing research, marketing, and finance. Mr. de Jesus has a Master in Entrepreneurship degree from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University. He finished his doctorate coursework at the University of the Philippines and is currently completing his dissertation.

Mr. George Quitoriano


Mr. George “GQ” Quitoriano uses his unique experience as a corporate executive, a self-made entrepreneur and a learner-centered educator, together with his passion for using innovative teaching methods to create effective, interactive learning experiences.


He was a former Assistant Vice-President of Nestle Philippines Incorporated. He is the founder of Vente, which currently has around 30 branches nationwide. He is currently serving as part-time faculty in De La Salle-College of St. Benilde, Development Academy of the Philippines, University of Sto. Tomas, Ateneo Graduate School of Business and ABS-CBN Bayan Academy.


He finished his Masters in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management where he graduated with commendations. He is currently finishing his Executive Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the Development Academy of the Philippines. He has taught various professional and graduate programs to wide range of institutions from large multinational corporations to Socially-oriented Non-Government Organizations to Family-owned enterprises to widely respected educational institutions. He specializes in the fields of Management, Marketing, Self-mastery, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Human Resources and Practical Finance.

Ms. Riva Galveztan is currently Managing Director and Co-Owner of The Natural Shelf Health Products and Marketing Director and Co-Owner of Living Life Well Health Management Group. At the same time, she is the Customer Relations Advisor of Teas Inc. She produces and hosts “The Wellness Revolution”, an online health infotainment show with the objective of creating awareness on what it takes to improve one’s well-being by encouraging a paradigm shift in the way one’s everyday life is perceived, where she is also the Creative Director. She is also Television Host of “The Business Getaway” on GNN/Global News Network aired on Destiny Cable, a one-hour talk show on promoting entrepreneurship sponsored by the Philippine Stock Exchange. Ms. Galveztan is also the Official Ambassador for Nokia Push Messaging Campaign for Work-Life-Balance.


Apart from entrepreneurship advocacy and practice, she also founded and acts as the Chief Organizer of Riva’s Annual Charity Birthday Project as part of her life mission.


Ms. Riva took the Mastering Entrepreneurship for Nation Building Program at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business. She also took her Bachelor of Science in Management major in Communications Technology Management at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Dr. Ned Roberto

Dr. Roberto is currently the chairman and president of Roberto & Associates, Inc. (RAI), a training, consulting and publishing agency. He sits on the board of directors of some other organizations including Social Weather Stations where he is a research fellow. Before setting up RAI in 1982, Dr. Roberto was executive vice president of Consumer Pulse Inc.(now known as AC Nielsen); vice president of Media Pulse, Inc.; and executive director of the International Council for the Mangement of Population Programmes (ICOMP).


Dr. Roberto has done extensive consultancy work region-wide for national and transnational corporations and multinational agencies. These include Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Citibank, Pfizer, McCann-Erickson, Nestle, AC Nielsen, etc.

He has also been involved in social marketing planning and research, and consulting for such international organizations as the World Bank, the UN Fund for Population Activities, the International Labour Organization, the UN Development Programme, the Asian Development Bank, the Ford Foundation, the International Development Research Centre, the Population Council, and the UN Economic Commission for Asia and the Far East.


Dr. Roberto was the 1985 president of the Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines (MORES). He was the recipient of the Philippine Marketing Association AGORA Award for Achievement in Marketing Education in 1983, and the Association of Marketing Educators of the Philippines’ 1st Lifetime Achievement Award as Marketing Educator in 2004. He is currently helping AIM as a Faculty and Research Fellow of its RVR Center for Corporate Responsibility.

He has authored nine well-researched books and published several articles on marketing and social marketing in international journals. He has also contributed chapters in major books of readings in the field of marketing.


Dr. Roberto received his Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing and a Master in Business Administration from The Kellogg Management School of Northwestern University (1973).

Prof. Cecilia B. Manikan

Prof. Manikan handles courses on Education Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance for Artists, Creative and Intuitive Management, Strategic Human Resource & Organizational Development, Human Behavior in Organizations, Self-Mastery, the Arts, and Spirituality. She received full qualification and accreditation as administrator of the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Step I & II from the Asianic Psychologists Press in 2003.


Prof. Manikan is currently a professor at the Ateneo de Manila University-Asian Center for Entrepreneurship and also a Senior Faculty for the Executive Doctoral Program at the Development Academy of the Philippines.

RaulManikanMr. Raul IE Manikan

Mr. Raul IE Manikan is the President of Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development. His professional career has taken him in areas of professional development, academic teaching and research and as consultant to social and corporate enterprises.


In the professional management field, he spent 30 years serving in various management positions in enterprises engaged in the telecommunications, manufacturing and construction industries. As a consultant to social enterprise, he was engaged as strategic consultant and implementer in a health organization, a microfinance institution for disabled persons and a foundation school.


In the academic field, Mr. Manikan was engaged in the fields of teaching and research. He was Researcher/Writer/Teacher for Asian Business Systems at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He was also External Faculty for Industrial Marketing at AIM. He was also a Visiting Professor at the Industrial Management Engineering Department of De La Salle University.


Mr. Raul Manikan holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management where he was a Chartered Bank Full Scholar. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University-Manila where he was awarded Gold Medal for Excellence in Mechanical Engineering Research.

Sherwin R. Santos

Sherwin R. Santos is a senior management consultant with extensive participation in local and international engagements. His work experiences include developing, planning and managing projects for various corporate and government undertakings in the fields of project design, business development and process engineering. He has worked on projects with Airbus-SIMs Industrie, Milcom-Boeing, Air Asia Malaysia, SM Group, The World Bank, Department of Health – Philippines, and the Development Bank of the Philippines. S.R. Santos has likewise proficiency in the fields of corporate strategy, marketing management as well as strategic negotiations.


He took his MBA at the Asian Institute of Management. He is also part of the pioneering batch of the Advance Development Program for Executives at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. He has a Master Certification from the American Academy of Project Management. Similarly, he has also received training as a Certified Management Consultant and Registered Financial Consultant. Sherwin, hails from the University of the Philippines-Diliman where he completed his bachelor’s degree in Biology. His undergraduate thesis and researches in molecular protozoology and microbiology have been published and recognized internationally.


Sherwin is president of Praxis Integrated Consultancy Group Inc. He also serves as Chairman of North Terradev Corporation and Chief Operating Officer of Prime Terradev Corporation. He is also the executive director of Praxis Integrated Business Holdings Corp., DigitalPress Incorporated, Certified Pre-Owned Motors Inc., Fastransport Service Corporation and Praxis Diner Ideas Corporation.


Sherwin is passionate about learning, teaching and coaching. He expresses this passion by working with academic institutions as trainer, lecturer or facilitator of business-related courses. He is also an advocate of inclusive growth programs, employment-generating projects and sustainable social entrepreneurship.

DSC_8879Asst. Prof. Edwin M. Suson, BSCS, MScM, RFP

Asst. Prof. Edwin M. Suson is an Accredited Grassroot Entrepreneurship Management Trainer by the ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation. A Registered Financial Planner by the RFP Institute, USA. He has taught undergraduate courses in Marketing Management (Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Marketing Management), Entrepreneurship (Business Development, Personal Finance and Wealth Management, Operations Management) and Business Administration (Principles of Management, Cooperatives, Organizational Behavior, Investment Management).


Asst. Prof. Suson started his career in 1992 as Project Development Officer II at Educational Development Projects Implementing Task Force (EDPITAF) under the Department of Education (DECS). He handles the monitoring and evaluation of educational projects funded by Asian Development Bank. In 1997, he worked at PCI Automation Center as Associate Consultant handling Year 2000 projects in a mainframe environment.


Asst. Prof. Suson has attended seminars under different marketing gurus like Dr. Ned Roberto (Applied Marketing Research, Services Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, Marketing Success, Consumer Coping Behavior), Josiah Go (Blue Ocean Strategy), Al Ries (Brand Strategy), Jay Conrad Levinsion (Guerilla Marketing), and institutions such as Asian Institute of Management (Entrepreneurial Marketing), UP-ISSI (Designing and Implementing Poverty Alleviation Program, Starting Your Own Business, Feasibility Study, Accounting for non-accountant).


He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from AMA Computer College in Makati. He finished his Master of Science in Management at the School of Management, University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). He finished his Diploma course in Marketing Management at Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education and currently finishing his second masters degree in Applied Business Economics at UA&P.

DSC_8879Prof. Francisco M. Bernardo III

After completing his B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering at De La Salle University, Francisco “Jay” Bernardo III entered the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 1991 for his MBA and graduated with distinction. Soon after, he started his own business called JAD, which initially manufactured plastic sticks for cotton buds. Today he sits as the chairman of the JAD Group of Companies (JADGC), a conglomerate of several strategically aligned outsourcing businesses in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, research and development, information technology, and human resource.


He has continued to impress and inspire the world with his passion for excellence and his personal and company achievements. In the years 2002 to 2003 alone, Jay and JADGC were conferred the following:

• The 2004 Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World (Junior Chamber International)
• The 2003 Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines (TOYM) in the Field of Entrepreneurship (Philippine Jaycees)
• The 2002 Agora Award for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship (Philippine Marketing Association)
• The Honor and Prestige Award (Asian Institute of Management)
• The 2002 Personnel Program of the Year -“Employee to Entrepreneur” Program (Personnel Management Association of the Philippines)
• Outstanding Healthy Workplaces in the Philippines for 2002 (Department of Health)
• The Pinnacle Quality Award (Procter and Gamble)
• The 2002 Business Excellence Award (Sara Lee Direct Selling)
• The 2002 Logistics Contractor of the Year (Johnson and Johnson)


He is passionate about pushing Entrepreneurship in the Philippines to uplift our economy as he founded LET’S GO (Leading Entrepreneurs Towards Sensing Global Opportunities), a non-profit, non-stock organization aimed to support small and medium scale entrepreneurs, which recently won the World Bank’s 1st Philippine Development Innovation Marketplace competition held last January 2004.


He has also been the Philippine representative and speaker in Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation’s (APEC) Symposiums on Entrepreneurship held in Manila in 2001 and in Moscow, Russia in 2002. In 2003, he was a speaker at the ASEAN-EC conference on Entrepreneurship in the Knowledge Economy held in Brunei and a judge at the Global Start-up Business Plan Competition held in Singapore. He is continually being invited to keynote several events on entrepreneurship by the business and academe sectors. He also engaged himself in the co-management of a television show entitled “EntrePinoy”, geared to inspire and educate more people in the field of entrepreneurship.

Dr. Milagros DU Lagrosa

Dr. Lagrosa is an Associate Professor of Executive Education Center for Lifelong Learning (EXCELL) and a core faculty in the following programs: Strategic Positioning for Education Learning Leaders (SPELL), Family Corporation Program (FAMCOR), Human Capital Management, Executive Coaching and Mentoring and Spirit-Based Leadership.


Mila’s first six years of teaching was in the field of Science, Theology and Mathematics. She was a faculty member of the UST College of Education (1976-1982) and a visiting lecturer at the Dominican House of Studies (1977-1979). She was Acting Supervising Teacher of Biological Science of the UST Education High School from 1976 to 1978. She also taught Statistics and Educational Psychology in the College of Nursing and Department of Education.


She has given talks on Leadership in different international fora such as the one sponsored by the Jeanne Sauvé Youth Foundation in Montreal, Canada (1996) and the Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia (2000).


Mila was also an executive coach of the leadership team of Pfizer Philippines. She designs and facilitates corporate retreats for different organizations. Among them are the ABSCBN network, the Religious of the Sacred Heart and Miriam College. She is also a consultant of Bayan Academy. She is a career and development consultant of individuals who are in career and life transitions. She also facilitates sessions for programs of FAPE for educators and principals.


Mila graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor Degree in Education, Summa cum laude (1975). She finished her MA in Social Psychology and obtained her PhD in Social Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. Her dissertation is entitled, “Personal Transformation of Women Leaders in their Transforming Organizations.”

Mr. Levi P. Verora

Prof. Levi P. Verora is currently the Director for Area and Industry Development for Entrepreneurship (AIDE) and resident Faculty/Resource Speaker of ABS‐CBN Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development.


Professors Verora’s years of experience cover Strategic Planning and Management, Policy Studies and Institutional Development, Knowledge Management, Agrarian Reform, Area and Industry Development, Agricultural Productivity Systems, Child Welfare and Development, Cooperatives Development, Development Studies, Development Communications, Ethnolinguistic Studies, Enterprise Development, and Unconventional Warfare. His past missions and studies took him to countries in Indochina, Asia and the Middle East.


Professor Verora is the former Director of the Knowledge Resource Center/Knowledge Creation Group, Program Manager and Senior Consultant of the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship, Senior Researcher/Senior Consultant of the Center for Development Management, and Faculty for the Social and Microentrepreneurship Program‐ all at AIM. He also served as President of the Foundation for Rural Economic Enterprises and Development (FREED), Country Program Support Manager Plan International (Philippines), Senior Specialist of World Vision International (Philippines), and Managing Director of the Slum Improvement and Resettlement Program (SIRP) of the World Bank (Philippines).


His professional consulting and research work on development, entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and institutional building involved various organizations. Among them were the Asian Development Bank, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Agriculture, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, World Bank, National Power Corporation, Food and Agriculture Organization, United Nations Asia Pacific Development Centre, German Technical Cooperation Agency, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Health, Presidential Council on Countryside Development, National Manpower and Youth Council (now TESDA), International Labour Organization (ILO), Canadian International Development Agency, and Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.


He conceptualized and promoted the Social and Microentrepreneurship (SocMe) Program of the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship at AIM, teaching SocMe pedagogies to cooperatives, OFWs, NGOs, and other academics. He was also a faculty at DLSU andPCU. Professor Verora received his education from AIM (Master in Entrepreneurship; Program for Development Management), Siliman University (Bachelor of Science, Major in Economics), Sophia University (Dip. in Policy Studies and Institutional Planning), Haifa University (Dip. in Cooperatives Development‐Kibbutz System), and Peking University (Production Communes).

Mr. Rolando T. Averilla

Prof. Rolando T. Averilla is currently the Dean of the College of Commerce of National University. He also teaches in the MBA program at the University of Makati and in the undergraduate level at Assumption College and National University, respectively. He honed his teaching skills at the Asian Institute of Management as a Teaching Assistant to senior faculty members, where he mentored hundreds of entrepreneur-students in six different batches of its Masters in Entrepreneurship program from 2001 to 2008. His areas of expertise are entrepreneurship education, market research, organizational behavior, and finance.


Prof. Averilla’s passion for research was enhanced by his consultancy engagements in the field of market research for pharmaceutical, transportation, and fast food companies. This was highlighted in 2002 when he helped established FYI Research and Consulting Group and successfully ran several nationwide political researches such as voter preference and voter behavior surveys in the run-up to the 2004 national elections.


He is also a Management Consultant having worked with prestigious organizations such as the ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation, Glaxo SmithKline Philippines, IP Ventures Group, the Legend Group, the Red Crab Group, Klaveness Shipping, Total Philippines, and Transco.


Furthermore, his keen business acumen was culled from his vast corporate experience as President/CEO, General Manager, and Corporate Planning Manager of several well-established corporations involved in a wide array of business interests such as banking, consumer goods trading, motorcycle distribution and selling, export trading, and fastfood franchising.


After completing his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University in 1992, Prof. Averilla obtained his Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in 1997. He has finished several units of his doctoral program in Social and Organizational Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.

AaronPalileoMr. Aaron Palileo

Aaron Palileo is the founder of iDEYA Creativity & Innovation, a training and consulting firm focused on helping organizations transcend their existing management practices. He is also an Associate Guru at the ACE Center for Entrepreneurship and teaches at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and the Ateneo De Manila University. As a management educator and consultant, he has worked with URC, Ayala Malls, Avida Land, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, DKT Philippines, PLDT SME Nation, Max’s Group of Companies and several small to large organizations. He continues to conduct interviews of creative practitioners and extensive research on whole brain management, creativity and innovation.


He is an experienced marketer, having brand-managed Bic Lighters, ChupaChups Lollipops, Smint Mint, Gingerbon Candy and other multinational brands. He is also a photographer who has exhibited his works in some of the country’s top art galleries. He earned his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, with a double major in Marketing & Entrepreneurship and took AB Interdisciplinary Studies (Minor in Business & Communications) at Ateneo De Manila University.

Dr. Juan A. Kanapi

Prof. Juan A. Kanapi is an adjunct faculty member of the W.SyCip Graduate School of Business and the Executive Education for Lifelong Learning Center. He handles courses in Human Behavior in Organizations and Alternative Learning Methods.


As a Senior Consultant of Strategic Directions, Inc., he has been practicing organization development by assisting new multinational organizations in the Philippines prime up their teams. He was also a Senior Consultant at Transitions Asia, Inc. where he worked with expatriate managers and technical personnel to help them understand Filipino work behaviors and assist them in developing their work groups into self-directed work teams (SDWT).


For two decades, Prof. Kanapi has been a freelance consultant in the field of stress management. He runs stress management workshops for different types of organizations (business, government, religious, non-government) and does one-on-one therapy with distressed individuals using hypnosis and cranio-sacral therapy. He is a principal consultant for HRMD-Knowledge Institute servicing client organizations in Indonesia.


Prof. Kanapi holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development from the Southeast Asian Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI). He completed his Master of Arts in Social Psychology (1986) and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University (1977). At SAIDI, he is a mentor to organization development students coming from all over Asia.
