TESDA QCDO grant 65 vouchers in Cookery NC II (Mobile and School-based) and Bread and Pastry NC II on August 13, 2018.

Cookery NC II is one of GREAT’s public offering courses for paying students and OWWA Beneficiaries. This includes the following:

1. 15-day training on Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen and Bread and Pastry Production
2. Complete uniform (chef jacket, toque and apron and chef pants)
3. Ingredients
4. Assessment fee
5. Trainer’s Fee

The training is headed by Chef Ferdinand Nepomuceno and he will be assisted by an on call culinary assistant.
