The batch is composed of 39 entrepreneurs, who came from various institutional partners of Bayan Academy including the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and International Care Ministries.
The 3-day training program provided the participants with a thorough and interactive learning experience on topics like employing the proper business mindset to implementing the best marketing and management strategies.
At the end of the training program, participants were asked to rate their experience of each training session. Results of the evaluation show that the topics tackled were of high relevance to their current experience. The participants also praised the training for being personally insightful and meaningful. Through this program, CMDC aims to help students grow and develop their businesses through self-mastery, situation mastery, and enterprise mastery.
