Bayan Academy's Education focuses on providing and developing educational training programs and courses for academic institutions, corporate universities, private companies and social development organizations. This includes the design of degree and non-degree courses, the development of learning materials, the enhancement of teaching methodologies, capacity building for faculty, and the mentored installation of educational programs.
REX Overcoming Crisis: A Capacity Building Course for Educational Leaders
A capacity-building program that aims to be a locus of establishing sustainable and profitable practices in the operations of private schools. The project shall also be a training ground not only for the school heads but also for their deemed decision-makers such as the school administrators.
The endeavor aims to inspire and encourage academic institutions to learn and adapt in times of crisis and to establish sustainable and profitable practices on operations of private schools and find a way to mitigate the effects of declining enrollment. The participation of each of the educational leaders in this program hopes to rebuild and regain the quality of education our learners deserve through the development of the Business Continuity Plan Manual that will be shared to other educational institutions.
Educational leaders will be guided in managing and optimizing resources to rise with the challenges in trying times.
Building Market, Technological and Social Capital play an essential role to school operational efficiency and effectiveness during crises wherein leadership roles may have a chance to turn challenges into opportunities and eventually become into winning strategies in reshaping their school operations and profitability.

This training program was created for the members of the academe to gather and learn from the sessions to address the pressing concerns of private educational institutions on how to get back on track with the COVID -19 pandemic.

In partnership with REX, the training program is accredited with PRC thus provides CPD units for teachers.

The training program also provides worksheets, relevant academic case studies and manual for school use.
