The Pinoy Tsuper Hero is powered by Phoenix Petroleum in cooperation with ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation and Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development, Inc. is an engagement strategy which aims to educate and inform the public about raising environmental awareness through the transport sector and the drivers and reward them for their contributions and efforts to improve the quality of lives of their families and their communities.
This engagement strategy is also to establish long terms partnerships in order to create social impacts. It also brings its affiliates’ programs and services in order to have a total developmental approach. These include community organizing and development, training and employment, enterprise development and education.

Specifically, Pinoy “Tsuper” Hero is a program (for Filipino Drivers) that seeks to empower the marginalized sector (transport group) by engaging public-private-social develop organization partnership in providing capacity building opportunities. It is directly aimed towards the Filipino drivers and challenges them to be part of the development process of our country and, make it safer not just for their family and community but also for the next generation to come.

For the past three years of Pinoy Tsuper Hero, we have successfully received more than 50,000 nominations from the drivers all over the country- training over 400 drivers on best driving practices and  being pro-passengers; have recognized three Pinoy Tsuper Heroes, Mr. Reynaldo Samonte (2015), a tricycle driver from Lipa City, Batangas and Mr. Edwin Escamos (2016), a jeepney driver-operator from Iloilo City and our reigning Ambassador Mr. Alberto Abad, a tricycle driver-operator from Antipolo City, Rizal.
