Background
Made possible through the Management Training Program of RAMCAR PHILIPPINE BATTERIES, INC (“RAMCAR”), this program seeks to develop the managerial and leadership skills of RAMCAR’s management trainees and cadets by expanding and enhancing their knowledge in the different fields of management. The goal is to integrate the existing technical skills of the trainees with the management skills that they will learn from the program. In effect, the trainees should be able to apply their integrated knowledge to their eventual respective units in the company.
