Bayan Academy has successfully implemented the BPI Sinag Accelerate program of BPI Foundation since 2017. The program was able to achieve the following milestones under Bayan Academy: 1) 226 applications received; 2) 20 social enterprises trained; 3) 73 social entrepreneurs awarded; and 4) 10 social enterprises mentored.

This 2019, the BPI Sinag Accelerate program will celebrate five years of fruitful contribution to empowering social enterprises. Once again, BPI Foundation has acquired the service of Bayan Academy in implementing year 5 of the program.

For 2019, the program seeks to invite social enterprises which are creating meaningful change in the following industries: Agribusiness, Healthcare, Education, Energy, Technology and other sectors included in Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
