PAREF Rosehill School of Antipolo, in partnership with Bayan Academy, will be running a two-day program for the different members of their school, particularly these three groups: Academics, Personal Formation, and Support System. The two-day team building design, which has Self-Mastery as its foundation, aims to strengthen the participants’ appreciation of and resonance with the Paref Strategy Road Map and Paref Credo. This will be achieved through various learning activities and experiences that are linked with the seven self-mastery skills (Learning to think, intuit, feel, communicate, do, lead, and be). Through this type of learning experience, we hope to foster the personal development of each member-participant in line with Paref’s organizational goals. In addition, the training approach will also allow the participants to bond with their coworkers (inter and intra group) in Paref Rosehill. The linking and processing of the learnings in each activity will be given importance to facilitate a purposive learning experience.
