To equip CCT Credit Cooperative and Kaibigang Maasahan Multi-Purpose Cooperative operations heads/managers with the needed entrepreneurship and management knowledge, skills, and competencies in assessing, advising, and assisting entrepreneurs within the framework of 5Cs of credit (character, condition, collateral, capital and capacity to pay).

The program will also help them instill the discipline of constantly monitoring and evaluating their respective operations’/ enterprises’ growth and evolution. In the process, the program aims to develop their confidence and communication skills, as they are required to produce and present their outputs.
