CCT’s Kaibigan Village (referred to as the “Project” or the “Development” interchangeably used in this document) is a 25 ha., mixed-use development located in Kailkid, Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. Its main function is to provide CCT’s Kaibigan beneficiaries with decent homes, livelihood programs, employment opportunities, and a self-sustaining community that is spiritually rich and family-centered. With this project, CCT hopes that they lead fulfilling lives as members of the Kaibigan community and that they do not return to their former ways when they once lived on the streets.
