TriGonz Flower Trading Corp. (TriGonz) is in the process of thinking about how it can organize itself strategically to scale up the business while addressing the challenges presented by the growing flower distribution industry. Through the meetings with the client, it has been communicated that their objectives through this engagement are to:
Obtain an assessment of the various opportunities and threats surrounding its business operations;
Analyze its current organizational best practices and points for improvement; and
Synthesize the findings from the previous two objectives into an effective and responsive strategic plan that will guide the growth and recalibration of TriGonz in the next five years.
