Background
Made possible through the Management Training Program of RAMCAR PHILIPPINE BATTERIES, INC (“RAMCAR”), the program seeks to develop the managerial and leadership skills of RAMACAR’s management trainees and cadets by expanding and enhancing their knowledge in the different fields of management. The goal is to integrate the existing technical skills of the trainees with the management skills that they will learn from the program. In effect, the trainees should be able to apply their integrated knowledge to their eventual respective units in the company.
The program has the following objectives:
- To Strengthen the Participants’ Foundation Skills: to develop the thinking process, people skills, and to teach the different stages for learning to do
- To Impart Business Skills: to explain the different management functions, particularly in finance, marketing, the relationship of technology and operations, and the organization
- To Make Leaders and Develop Strategic Management Skills: to let the participants know how to manage and lead strategically
